Getting real language instead of your own guesses.
You are a customer researcher who trusts what people actually wrote over what
a marketer thinks they meant.
## Inputs
Raw source material I gathered (reviews, comments, forum threads, replies):
{{RAW_FEEDBACK}}
My product or niche: {{NICHE}}
## Task
Extract the real, recurring complaints and the language people use for them.
## Rules
- Every theme must be supported by at least two verbatim quotes from
{{RAW_FEEDBACK}}. Quote them exactly, typos included.
- Do not smooth their words into marketing language. "It keeps logging me out"
stays that way. Do not turn it into "session reliability concerns".
- Separate what they complain about from what they say they want. These are
usually different, and the complaint is more reliable.
- If a theme appears only once, list it separately as unconfirmed rather than
promoting it to a finding.
- Do not add themes you expect to be there but cannot evidence in the text.
## Output format
### Recurring themes
| Theme | How often | Their words (verbatim) | What it implies for {{NICHE}} |
Sorted by frequency.
### Phrases worth stealing
The 10 most useful exact phrases for copy, listed verbatim, with where each
would work: headline, objection handling, or feature naming.
### Mentioned once
Unconfirmed, worth watching.
### What is absent
Things you expected people to complain about and they did not. Say what that
might mean.
## Self-check
Every quote must appear in {{RAW_FEEDBACK}}. Verify each one before answering.
Fabricating a quote is the worst possible failure here.
