Developer, agency, or $30 marketplace gig?
All three exist for a reason. Here’s where each one genuinely makes sense — including when I’m not the right choice.
An agency
Right when you need a full team — brand, copywriting, ads and design all at once — and have the budget for it. You’ll pay several times more, and usually speak to a manager rather than the person building your site.
A $30 marketplace gig
Fine for something tiny and disposable. The catch is what you find later: a nulled plugin, a theme demo with your logo on it, or nobody to call when it breaks in three months.
A developer directly
Right when you want the work done properly by one accountable person, at a sane price, with someone who’s still there after launch. That’s what I do.

Frequently asked questions
What time zone are you in, and when can I reach you?
I work Pakistan time (GMT+5) and reply to messages the same day, most often within a few hours. That overlaps comfortably with Europe, the Middle East and Asia; for US clients I’ll usually reply first thing your morning.
Do you work with agencies as a white-label developer?
Yes, and it’s a good fit for the retainer. I stay behind the scenes, you keep the client relationship, and I can work in your staging environment under your process.
I already have a developer who’s gone quiet. Can you take over?
Yes, and it’s more common than you’d think. I’ll audit what’s there, tell you honestly what’s salvageable and what needs redoing, and quote from that — not from a guess.
Will you sign an NDA?
Happily. Send yours over before we discuss details, or I can work to a simple mutual confidentiality agreement if you don’t have one.
What do you need access to?
Usually WordPress admin and hosting access, ideally on a staging copy first. I’ll ask for the minimum needed for the job, and you can revoke it the moment we’re done.
What if the work turns out smaller than quoted?
On hourly, you pay for the time actually used — if a two-hour job takes forty minutes, that’s what I bill past the minimum. On a fixed quote the price holds both ways; that’s the trade-off you’re buying.
