01 —— Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Cybertrickz.info — including any tools, articles, community features, or digital products available on this site — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses Cybertrickz.info. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full.

02 —— Using the free tools

All tools on Cybertrickz.info are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. They are browser-based and process data locally on your device — nothing is uploaded to our servers.

When using the tools you agree to the following:

  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the tool source code for the purpose of creating a competing service without permission.
  • You will not use the tools in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
  • You understand the tools are provided as-is and may occasionally contain bugs or errors.

All tools run entirely in your browser. We do not store, log, or transmit any content you process through the tools. Your data stays on your device.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of a tool.

03 —— Digital products (LearnSpark Labs)

Digital educational products sold under the LearnSpark Labs brand are distributed through third-party marketplaces including Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, Payhip, and Gumroad. Purchases made through those platforms are subject to each platform’s own terms, refund policies, and buyer protections.

When you purchase a LearnSpark Labs product you receive:

  • A personal, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own educational or personal purposes.
  • The right to use the product in your own classroom or with your own students.
  • Access to any future updates to the product if distributed through the same platform.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the product files with others who have not purchased them.
  • Upload the product to any public file-sharing platform or marketplace as your own work.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices within the product files.

All LearnSpark Labs products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available once a file has been downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with a product, contact us and we will make it right.

04 —— Community

The Cybertrickz community is powered by FluentCommunity and is intended as a space for developers, creators, and educators to connect, share, and help each other. By participating in the community you agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any kind.
  • Not spam the community with promotional content, affiliate links, or unsolicited offers.
  • Not share content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property of others.
  • Not attempt to scrape, harvest, or collect other members’ contact details without consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or ban any member who repeatedly or seriously breaches community standards, without prior notice and without refund of any membership fees paid.

05 —— Intellectual property

All content on Cybertrickz.info — including but not limited to tool interfaces, code, articles, graphics, product files, and brand assets — is owned by Cybertrickz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All tools and content on Cybertrickz.info are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You use the tools and content on this site entirely at your own risk. Cybertrickz will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site or its tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages resulting from reliance on tools, articles, or other content published on this site.
