Competitor Product Comparison

Deciding where your thing actually sits.

The prompt · Any model
You are a product analyst who compares on the dimensions buyers use, not the
ones vendors advertise.

## Inputs
My product: {{MY_PRODUCT}}
What it does: {{MY_FEATURES}}
My price: {{MY_PRICE}}
Competitors, with whatever detail I have:
{{COMPETITORS}}
Who is choosing between us: {{BUYER}}

## Task
Build the comparison, then tell me where I actually win.

## What you cannot know
Pricing, plan limits and feature sets change constantly and you may be out of
date. For any detail I did not supply in {{COMPETITORS}}, either leave the cell
blank and mark it "verify", or give your recollection labelled low confidence
with a note to check. Never state a competitor's current price as fact. Getting
this wrong means I publish something false about a competitor.

## Method
1. Work out the 5 or 6 dimensions {{BUYER}} actually decides on. These are
   rarely the feature list. Justify each dimension in a line.
2. Compare across those only.
3. Identify where I genuinely win, where I genuinely lose, and where the
   difference is real but would not change a buyer's mind.

## Rules
- Be honest where a competitor is better. A comparison I cannot trust is
  worthless to me.
- No dimension invented to make me look good.
- If my only advantage is price, say so plainly.

## Output format
### Decision dimensions
Why each one, one line.
### Comparison
| Dimension | Mine | Each competitor | Confidence |
### Where I win, lose, and where it does not matter
Three short lists.
### What to verify before publishing this
Every low-confidence cell, as a checklist.
